I know you....

Spotted on Erie Basin....

Kinda reminds me of this little diddy...

I know it's a little out of focus but this belonged to a great great aunt. After my grandmother passed away I thought I would get it. Alas my aunt has and isn't giving it to me until she dies. It's an Irish thing I guess. Also my nails NEVER look this good. It must be winter and post sailing season. Any who... Happy Weekend! Casey and I have an Indian wedding in Cincy! Who knows maybe I will be rocking a Sari!

Put a Ring on it

One of my friends has this ring. I have yet to ask him if he likes it and likes the way it works, but I think it looks pretty cool. He's a bartender too, so I am sure it comes in handy in a pinch. On a side note, doesn't it seem like everything that can have a bottle opener feature does? Some of my sailing knives double as them, and my key for my bike lock has one. On any given day I am schlepping at least 3 of these! What does that say about me?

Fantasy Friday

I've decided that in the spirit of my fellow bloggers, I am going to start a Friday Fantasy- it sounds so racy and ridiculous! This week's feature is of course by Tiffany. It's the kinda ring that can be worn with nothing else, and is so in-your-face gaudy you can't get enough. As sapphire is my birthday stone, I have a special attraction to it. For now it's on the list of things I will never be able to afford.

Erie Basin

Couldn't help but be inspired by diamond rings! My gal pal L over at D&D sent me the Erie Basin website and I love pretty much everything especially the rings! This one is super old- top from the late 1700's and the band from the late 1800's. I would happily wear this piece of history everyday!

Happy Friday

Happy almost weekend from Mesi Jilly.

Labrodite is kind of rocking my world lately, I love the iridescent sheen this stone has. Currently I am in the midst of crafting my good friend Lombo a ring out of an oval cut I have. Meanwhile, my other pal Nana, is rocking it on a necklace I made for her.

I am feeling very inspired this week and am gearing up for a show next week. Cross your fingers for lots of EileenEO's to get sold and maybe some future business as well.

Have the best weekend ever.
